ITEMS YOU MAY BRING

Does your pet need their own prescription diet food? You’re welcome to bring it from home so they can stay on their daily routine. When you’re packing up your pet’s food, make sure to measure out the right quantity and keep the food packed securely in a waterproof container. Include your full name and any feeding instructions you’d like our team to follow. This is also essential for medications, which should always be kept in their original containers and come with detailed instructions.

We do not accept toys or bedding from home. This is because some pets can become stressed while boarding (especially if they’re first-timers), and in this process they might destroy these items.

For Added Safety

Our cat and dog boarding facility is designed to provide the safest possible environment for guests. We have:

  • A special camera system that gives us an opportunity to “check in” on pets (no webcam)
  • A sophisticated AAON system that circulates clean air to every corner of the building
  • High walls for added security when your pet goes outside to play
  • An environment that is temperature-controlled for the comfort of our guests
