Playtime is the Prescription at Our Dog Daycare
You want your dog to have more time where they can run, play, and make friends with other dogs. Why not enroll them in our dog daycare program? At Coyne Veterinary Center in St. John, we know that having fun is great for your pet's health and happiness. Even if they're not as social as other dogs, they can still relax, receive one-on-one attention from our team members, and get plenty of exercise, too. Call us today at (219) 627-3264.
Offering Full-Day and Half-Day Sessions
To best accommodate busy schedules, we offer both half-day and full-day daycare sessions for dogs. You have the option of dropping off your pet in the morning so they can hang with us until noon, or you can bring them over at 1 p.m. so they can stay until 4 p.m. If your pet will be spending the full day with us, they'll get to have a nice relaxing break from playtime at 1 p.m.
Our Guests are Always Supervised
Daycare staff members supervise all daycare guests at all times to ensure safety and make sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. We understand that every dog has their own personality and will play differently with others. If your dog needs their space, we can arrange to give them one-on-one playtime with our team members so they're never alone.
Keeping Our Daycare Center Healthy and Safe
Your dog must be current with their vaccines and will need to undergo and pass a social evaluation before coming to daycare. We want to make sure that your dog is comfortable around other dogs and has minimal risk of becoming infected (or passing on an illness to other dogs). Along with being up-to-date with their parasite prevention, your pet also needs these vaccinations:
- DHPP (Distemper)
- 6-month Bordetella (kennel cough)
- Bivalent canine influenza (H3N2 and H3N8)
- Negative fecal test within the last year
- Must be altered if over 6 months of age
