I am a huge animal lover and my role model is my mother. She has worked in animal daycare and foster animals. I have volunteered in the past and have had many types of pets and each one has taken part of my heart. I currently have two cats, one being diabetic just like myself. All animals deserve love and to be treated amazingly. If an owner can’t have time for their fuzzy children then I’d be more than happy to make them feel loved for that time being.
If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be, and why?
Honestly, I would love to own an owl. They are my favorite animal and basically cats with feathers.
Do you currently have any pets? What are their names and what is your favorite thing about them?
I have two cats. Bilbo is my old diabetic man who is a tuxedo breed. He is friendly to anyone that walks through the door and cuddles 24/7. My other cat is Jack who is a ginger tabby who is the exact opposite of Bilbo. He is a scardy cat who chirps like a bird. A little crazy boy but loves me and my spouse.
What do you find most rewarding about working with animals?
Making the animals happy and feel safe.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I write, play video games, and mainly a home body along with my spouse.
What causes are you most passionate about?
Making sure all animals get a safe warm place of their own.
